Art Therapy and Counselling
Through the use of creative techniques such as drawing, painting, collage, or sculpting, art therapy helps you express yourself artistically and emotionally. By engaging the body and senses through art making, you can process trauma and expand mental and emotional wellbeing.
I will work with you to find your ideal balance of talking and art making within a session - neither are mandatory, although both are encouraged.
50 min one-on-one session - $180 (including GST)
Trauma-informed singing
I am an experienced vocal coach who understands the courage it takes to find your voice. I specialise in working with beginners or people who are returning to singing after a break, helping you to discover your natural voice while connecting with your body and breath. Learn how to sing and safely explore your emotions through music, or tell your story through supported songwriting. No musical experience necessary.
50 min session - $120 (including GST)
