I am a Masters-trained therapist, teacher and professional musician with over a decade of experience in education and therapeutic practice. I have worked in schools, universities, women's and family refuges and in partnership with various community mental health providers. 

I specialise in creating safe spaces for clients to grow and learn, while trusting that you are the expert on your own life. My practice is adaptive, person-centred and trauma-informed.
